わたしたちは、低温・高湿の保管環境を安定的に生み出すことができる技術を活用した「ZEROCO」で、生産現場・加工業・メーカー・物流・小売・外食に至るまで産業全体の連携を促し、日本の「食」から世界の社会課題の解決に貢献することを目指しています。

We held a press conference and launched the website on 12th April, 2023.
ZEROCO fully employs the properties of water and ice to achieve a stable storage environment of low temperature and high humidity. Beginning in Japan, we orchestrate worldwide collaborations across production sites, processing industries, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and restaurants to create community and bring about food innovation.
